This program focuses on building strength, toning muscle, and helping you get fit and healthy. POWER will utilize components of Olympic Weightlifting, Power Lifting, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, body weight movements, and cardio endurance. The workouts are constantly varied and will always include a strength component.
A Traditional Gym - Redefined. Our Studio Gym, located at our Longwood location, offers all the latest cardio and multifunctional equipment. You'll find state of the art machines, Free Weights, Cable Machines, along with a functional training area that includes 20 yards of turf! Full amenities, Steam Room and Showers.
PersonalFit is built Specifically for You and Your needs. Coach Jeff Higuera and his team will conduct a Private Screening, Movement Examination, Goals Review, and build a program Specifically Designed for You. The Personal Coaching Team will ensure you results inside and outside of the gym.
